Triphala is a mixture that is made of three fruits such as Bibhitaki, Haritaki and Amalaki. Triphala is used in Ayurveda as a cleansing agent for digestion and regular bowel movements.
Recommended intake: Eat as an addition to dishes in the amount of 6-7 g (about 2 teaspoons a day) or add half a teaspoon to tea (twice a day). It is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and people with hyperthyroidism.
Storage: Store in a dry and cool place away from direct sunlight.
