MDH Karahi Gosht Masala
A mixture of spices to mutton.
In a deep frying pan with a thick bottom heat 60g. Oil and fry on glassy 150g. Chopped onion. Add 500g. Sliced mutton and 10-15g. Karahi Gosht masala spice mix. Fry for 10 minutes on brown. Make 2 glasses of water and cover. Cook for 20 minutes until the meat is soft and the pan is about half a glass of sauce. Add 30g. Peppers and 60g. tomatoes. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice and decorate dried fenugreek leaves. Serve. (Proportions for 2-3 people.)
