Giloy Powder
A herb characterized by a bitter, tart and pungent taste. It has warming, antidepressant and anti-inflammatory properties, soothes allergy symptoms, has a beneficial effect on the immune system, as well as rejuvenates and strengthens the body.
Recommended intake: Eat as an addition to dishes in the amount of 6-7 g (about 2 teaspoons a day) or add half a teaspoon to tea (twice a day). It is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and people with hyperthyroidism.
