Giloy powder, 100g
Giloy (also called guduchi, amrit) is one of the adaptogen, i.e. a substance that increases the body's resistance to stress and difficult external factors.
Recommended consumption: 3g daily after a meal in combination with honey or as an infusion (pour boiling water over the powder and brew covered for about 30 minutes).
The product should not be used in children, pregnant and lactating women. People taking medications should consult a doctor before consumption them.
